Summary
Efficient Frontier's Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, answering phones, managing client visits, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and other office administrative duties. The Receptionist must be organized, detail-oriented, and friendly.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls, set up conference calls
- Greet and announce visitors
- Maintain the kitchen and conference rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, and faxes
- Maintain and order office supplies and groceries
- Organize various paper and electronic files
- Schedule conference rooms for meetings
- Assist with other projects as needed
Minimum Job Qualifications
- At least one year work experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment
- Computer literacy with skill and experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and organizational abilities
- Professional attitude and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctuality
