Efficient Frontier's Sr. Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies that will build brand awareness and educate prospects on Efficient Frontier's products and services, include writing content for the corporate Web site, developing lead generation campaigns, and leading the development of sales tools (i.e. collateral, online demos and webinars). In addition, the Sr. Marketing Communications Manager will manage the planning and execution for all trade shows, events and sponsorships. The Sr. Marketing Communications Manager should be creative, passionate, detail-oriented and a team-player.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the brand and positioning strategy across all marketing communications
- Author and edit copy for all marketing materials, including sales collateral, sales presentations, and online demos, Web site copy
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, including webinars and sales toolkits
- Oversee event marketing initiatives including industry trade shows and conferences
- Manage branding initiatives including sponsorships and advertising
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 to 10 years marketing experience
- Strong copy writing and communications skills are essential
- B to B marketing and Online marketing experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and multi-task
- Familiarity with creative execution process and experience in writing creative briefs is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to think in terms of the client experience/perspective
- Ability to quickly learn a multi-step, matrix-oriented development, approval and production process
Sr. Marketing Manager, Lead Generation
Efficient Frontier's Sr. Marketing Manager for Lead Generation is responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs and campaigns that will drive new leads to Efficient Frontier's products and services. The Sr. Marketing Manager for Lead Generation will develop integrated marketing programs designed to drive new inquiry acquisition, high response rates and quality opportunity conversions. The individual will also focus on programs to penetrate Efficient Frontier's installed base and nurture its existing database of prospects. Strong copy writing and communications skills are essential. The individual must be creative, passionate, detail-oriented and a team-player.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategy and tactics for the company's direct marketing programs, including planning the scope of campaigns, developing content, execution and measurement.
- Manage all outbound direct response activities, including: direct mail, e-mail marketing, online marketing, client/prospect eNewsletter, paid search programs, list management and procurement, viral and buzz campaigns, promotions and incentives for direct marketing.
- Develop program plan documents that articulate details such as program objectives, target audience, key message, program sequencing, metrics and call to action details.
- Develop and maintain detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead generation programs, analyzing the key components of each campaign, including lists, offers, messaging and creative. Track all campaigns via marketing and sales automation tools.
- Refine and develop improved business processes to increase lead conversation and cost per opportunity/booking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 5 to 10 years direct marketing experience
- Marketing experience in Online Marketing, a plus
- B to B marketing experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong direct marketing experience with responsibility for driving/owning strategies and plans, measuring and reporting success
- Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and will have thrived in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
